Nurturing Environment and Curriculum

At Laugh n’ Play, we prioritize your child’s well-being and education through our nationally recognized program. Our curriculum is designed to be relationship-based and centered on play and discovery, fostering your child's natural curiosity. We leverage the Brightwheel app to enhance communication, providing real-time notifications about your child’s activities and milestones. While we strive for transparency, please note that the use of this app does not create a contractual obligation for specific outcomes.

Operating Hours

We are dedicated to serving your family from 7:00 AM to 5:15 PM. Our full-time option offers 8.5 hours of care, accommodating the diverse schedules of our families. If additional care hours are needed, after-care services are available for an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a structured and safe environment for all children.

Payment Policy

Tuition payments for your child’s daycare are due every Monday for that week. In the event that your child will not attend, we kindly request a two-week notice. If such notice is not provided, payment for the missed day will still be required, including for sick days.

Tuition Rates

Our tuition rates are structured to provide you with flexible options as follows:

Weekly Rates:

- Under 2: $320

- Ages 2: $315

- Ages 3-5: $300

- Ages 6-12: $280

- Daily Rates:

- Under 2: $65

- Ages 2: $63

- Ages 3-5: $60

- Ages 6-12: $55

Holidays and Closures

At Laugh n’ Play, we cherish time spent with loved ones. That’s why we observe a selection of holidays, allowing our families to create special memories together. Our closures are paid by parents, ensuring that your investment continues to support our dedicated staff and enriching programs. We will keep you informed of our holiday schedule so you can plan accordingly!

Termination Policy

To terminate your child’s enrollment, we require a written notice of two weeks from the parent or guardian, along with two weeks of full payment, irrespective of whether your child is present. This policy is also applicable should you choose to terminate during the trial period. If notice is not given, you remain financially responsible for two weeks of childcare fees. Additionally, please be aware that if your notice coincides with the provider’s vacation, the two-week payment still applies.
